Most WordPress break-ins trace back to a plugin or a compromised user account, whether that is a leaked password, a reused one, or a social-engineered login. Jigsaw sites have no plugins, no database, and no login exposed to the public internet, so the usual ways in simply are not there. There is no code running when a page is requested, so there are no fortnightly patches to chase.

Every change is saved to a full version history, which gives you a complete record and a one-click rollback. For professional services, health, finance, or anyone with compliance to answer to, that is far less to worry about.

Content requests for a Jigsaw site are faster to implement, easier to review and more reliable to ship, because design and content live together in version-controlled code. There is no CMS scaffolding, blocks, widgets, custom fields, page builders or site editors, to wrestle with on every change.

And even if you are one of the small share of owners who actively makes their own content changes, the economics rarely stack up in your favour. Your 2 hours of wrestling with the WordPress block editor could have been a 15 minute email, and 30 minutes of our time.

Will my search rankings drop?

Protecting them is a core part of the job. We keep your URL structure, carry across canonicals, redirects and structured data, and test everything before the switch. Most sites then benefit from the speed, because Core Web Vitals are a ranking signal Google actually measures.

What does the $180 plan include?

Fully managed website and hosting on our servers, backups, DNS support, integrated form system, search console monitoring, one hour of simple content edits each month, plus much more.

Why is a Conversion so cheap?

Because we are not redesigning your website, we are republishing it. A Conversion takes the front-end code your current site already produces, the HTML, CSS, JS, images and layout your visitors see today, and rebuilds it as a Jigsaw site. Most of the design, content and structural work has already been done, so we only pay for the technical move rather than another round of design. If you also want a fresh look, that is what a Refresh is for.

Who makes changes to my site?

We do. There is no dashboard to log into and nothing for you to maintain. You send the change by email, and we make it, usually the same day. The Supported plan includes an hour of simple edits each month, and anything larger is estimated first.

Can I keep my blog and contact forms?

Yes to both. Blog posts and articles publish as ready-made pages, as fast and secure as the rest of the site. Forms run through a secure managed service with spam protection built in, so enquiries and bookings arrive in your inbox exactly as they do now.

How long does it take, and will my site go down at any point?

A Conversion takes about 2 to 4 weeks. A Refresh takes 3 to 6 months, and where it fits we will complete a Conversion first so your website is safe until the Refresh is complete. Your current site stays live the whole time, and the final switch is typically less than an hour.

What happens if I want to leave?

You own your domain, your content and the site itself. If you ever move on, we hand everything over and help you settle in wherever you are going. Nothing is locked to us.

Is Jigsaw right for every site?

Honestly, no. If you run a large online store or a member portal with logins, a database-driven platform still makes sense, and we will tell you so in the first conversation. For the brochure, services and content sites most businesses actually run, it is simply the better tool.
